DESCRIPTION

PWRs patented plate and fin transmission oil coolers are made from 100% aluminium construction which allows the cooler to be made strong, lightweight and compact while offering high heat transfer and corrosion resistance. The plate design turbulates the oil flow and in conjunction with the unique louvered fin design provides highly efficient cooling with low-pressure drop. Manufactured with a 19mm core, these coolers are perfect for automatic transmissions, power steering and differential cooling for race and road applications. Offered with 5/16?, 3/8 or 1/2″ push-on hose barbs or Dash -6 AN male threaded fittings. 5/16 and 3/8 can be ordered in kits containing hose, hose clamps and mounting hardware. Custom fittings for specific applications such as thermo switch bosses for thermo fan operation can be special ordered.
