This retrofit column is designed to fit your Camaro and does NOT require modification to your original vehicle to install. ididit’s 1970-75 Camaro column is fully collapsible and comes complete with ignition (in original GM location), a custom made floor mount, year specific wiring plugs, horn wire, and the provisions for mounting brackets. Simply remove your old column, saving your original under dash mount. Add an aftermarket wheel and the gripping surface of the new wheel will be in the same location as the original. You can also bolt your original 1970-75 Camaro wheel directly to this column
