1. Please note that Batteries can take 3 weeks or more to deliver. Because they ship via company truck deliver or LTL, they take longer than ground shipping to set up and deliver.
2. For LTL battery shipments,please be sure toinspect the item before signing the delivery receiptprovided by the freight company.Damage must be noted at the time of delivery to avoid claim denial. Any damage claim that is submitted after the delivery receipt has already been signed will be denied.
3. For all battery orders, a valid phone number must be provided. The carrier will contact you via phone to set up an appointment for delivery.
