What are TMAP Sensors? Originally designed by Bosch, they are a combination temperature and manifold pressure sensor and are a neat and simple solution for your performance engine.The TMAP Sensor range available through Raceworks: MAP-091 – 27IN-Hg to 1.15Bar MAP-055 – 24IN-Hg to 2.5Bar MAP-056 – 24IN-Hg to 3.0Bar MAP-169 – 15IN-Hg to 3.5Bar MAP-099 – 15IN-Hg to 4.0BarIf only being used for boost pressure the vacuum reading isn’t crucial, but if being used for manifold pressure, it can be important. Whatever the use, the temp range is -40 to +130C. The accuracy of the sensors are +/- 1.5%, when mounted facing downwards or up to angle of 60 from the vertical.Aluminium weld ons for these sensors are ALY-140, and connector kits are CPS-068. Note, TMAP Sensors not recommended for methanol injection.
