You will receive the RGA and return shipping label with your new motor (please use the box from your new motor including protective foam packaging)
Acceptable cores for good running IQ or Excel (Black thick shell) Advanced motor (GE grey thin shell motors not accepted)
Speed sensor must be included with core
Once the acceptable core has been returned and inspected your account will be credited for the $300 core charge
