Performance Online’s 1960-72 Chevy truck Tubular Trailing Arms are designed with performance and strength in mind. These trailing arms are made from 2 X 3″ rectangular steel and are .188″ wall thickness. Increased material surface area is stronger than original GM design and the round inferior designs on the market today. When chosing a new trailing arm setup for your truck, please be aware of the severe lack of strength that other trailing arms haveunder acceleration and deceleration. Round tubing when not designed correctly, has very minimal verticle strength thus causing flex and pinion angle changes. Even failures have been noted with round tube designs. Our trailing arms increase ground clearance and offer a very nice spring platform for your lowered truck. Great for those with stock height pickups looking for added strength in their rear suspension.
